Marian Hall Home employs over 40 full- and part-time personnel. Employee turnover rate has been very low, evidence of the bond that staff members feel toward the goals of Marian Hall and to its residents. Our Administrator and Assistant Administrator guide Marian Hall staff members as they serve the needs of residents.

Although assisted-living facilities are not required to have nurses on staff, Marian Hall has six full-time and two part-time nurses available for the benefit of our residents. Our nurses and nursing aides assist residents with many day-to-day activities.

A physician is available on-site one day per week, and residents are also encouraged to stay in touch with their personal doctor for medical advice. Excellent pharmaceutical support is available locally to meet the needs of our residents.
